• Programs and billing are always fulfilled by Lone Rock Leadership. Terms, guarantees, and policies for those programs are governed by Lone Rock Leadership’s agreements and policies, not these Terms.

  • Frameworks, program names, and materials referenced here—including LeaderOS, DecideOS, PowerOS, ChangeOS, related reports, documents, and training content—are owned by Lone Rock Leadership and used with permission.

  • The website design, layout, and original content I create for this site (copy I wrote, images I produced, page layouts) are owned by me (Ty Miller).

• Trademarks

  • Lone Rock Leadership and any other trademarks or logos referenced are the property of their respective owners. No endorsement is implied.

• Your limited license

  • I grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download the executive reports from this site for your internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission from the owner (including Lone Rock Leadership where applicable).
